Swimwear Hygiene

For hygiene and health protection reasons, swimwear supplied with a hygiene seal may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where that seal has been removed or broken after delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where relevant, we ask that returned swimwear is:

• Unworn and unwashed.

• Free from makeup, perfume, tanning products and other marks.

• Returned with original tags and intact hygiene seals where applicable.

• Packaged securely, preferably in its original Matchbox Bikini packaging.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and make any deductions permitted by law for handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The hygiene restrictions and change-of-mind return conditions do not affect your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

10. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We take pride in the quality of our products and make reasonable efforts to ensure that all orders are checked before dispatch.

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team.
