At Matchbox Bikini Club we cannot think of anything more refreshing and
luxurious than sipping the perfect Peach Bellini in a beautifully crafted pink bikini.
This is why our mixologist Bart Ender decided to master this particular cocktail,
inspired by all the beautiful peaches he has seen sporting our bikinis on Merman beach this summer.

If you want to join in the fun, here are the steps to make our signature Matchbox Peach Bellini.

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

In a blender, blend the peeled and pitted peaches until smooth.
Add honey and lemon juice to the peach puree, and blend again until well combined.
Fill each serving glass halfway with the peach mixture.
Top off each glass with chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine.
Add a few ice cubes to each glass to keep it cool.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.
Stir gently and enjoy your signature Matchbox Peach Bellini!
